Satsang Retreats (Non-Residential)
with Swami Atmananda Udasin

" You are the Truth "

Satsang is a celebration of Presence and Beingness. It is an invitation to recognize the profound Nature of what we already are through silent self-inquiry and by simply being aware. As we seek to understand the delusions of personal identity, we experience a deep stillness and endless joy. Through constant abidance where no abiding remains, there is Recognition of the Ever-Present Pure Consciousness which is the true and eternal Self.

The 3-day Satsang Retreats offer a great opportunity to deepen the practice of awareness and Self-inquiry and to reach a clarity of understanding. They are conducted by Swami Atmananda Udasin, the Spiritual Head of Ajatananda Ashram and a Teacher of Advaita (Non-Duality).

Satsang Retreat Schedule

The Satsang Retreat will begin at 6:00PM on the eve of the first day with an Introduction to the 3-day programme, and will end on the third day at 7:45PM, after the last meditation sitting.

During the retreat, there will be a conscious walk and a silent meditation in the early hours, in the presence of Swami Atmananda Udasin. Later in the morning, there will be a silent tea in the garden, followed by a satsang sitting. In the afternoon, the satsang will be open as usual to all seekers.

Each day will close with the evening silent meditation (only for participants on the retreat).

Participants should always arrive 15 minutes early for the meditation sessions and the satsangs so that they can enter in silence and sit quietly.

On the third day, a community vegetarian lunch will be organized in the garden of the ashram.
